How long will it take to reach my jewellery?

Most of our jewellery pieces are placed in the middle layer of the candle, which typically takes 10-15 hours of burn time to reach. This can vary slightly depending on how long you burn your candle each time and the specific placement of your jewellery. The anticipation is part of the experience!

What should I do if my candle starts tunneling?

If your candle has started tunneling (burning down the middle only), you can often fix it by wrapping aluminum foil around the top edge of the container, leaving an opening in the center for the flame. This helps reflect heat back to the unmelted wax. Burn it this way for a few hours until the entire top layer is melted, then remove the foil. For future burns, always ensure the entire top layer melts before extinguishing.

Is it normal for my candle to have a memory ring?

Yes, a "memory ring" is the hardened edge of wax that forms around the container after burning. This is normal and happens when the entire surface doesn't melt during burning. To prevent this, make sure your first burn allows the entire top layer to melt completely to the edges. If you already have a memory ring, you can fix it using the aluminum foil method described above.

What if my wick is drowning in melted wax?

If your wick appears to be drowning in too much melted wax, safely extinguish the flame, then pour off a small amount of the melted wax (being careful not to pour out your jewellery!). You can pour it into a disposable container. Allow the remaining wax to cool and harden before relighting. In the future, make sure to keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to prevent this issue.

Can I reuse the container after my candle is finished?

Absolutely! Our candle containers are designed to be beautiful and reusable. Once your candle is completely finished, remove any remaining wax by placing the container in the freezer for a few hours (the wax will contract```

When will my order ship?

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our studio.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track My Order page to check the status at any time.

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return form. Used candles or opened jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll resolve it quickly, either via replacement or refund.
