What is the return policy?
In the rare event your candle arrives damaged due to carrier handling, we’re happy to help. Please provide a clear photo of the damage, and our team will take care of the rest. For assistance, reach out to us at shop@ikladi.uk.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For quality and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on candles that have been burned or if the jewellery has already been revealed. For more details, contact us at shop@ikladi.uk.

Where are your products manufactured?
All of our candles are hand-poured in England, crafted in small batches with care and attention to detail.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all UK orders. For international orders, shipping charges apply unless your order is over £60 (or the equivalent in your local currency), in which case it’s free.
